Most frequent questions and answers

We use Afterpay and Zippay to help Makers buy ingredients now and pay them off as their finished products sell. Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over instalments. For more information please see the Afterpay Website and the Zippay website.

We accept Paypal, Zip Pay and Afterpay. We accept all major credit cards via eWay or Paypal (it’s your choice which service you use).

For your protection and ours, we have a strict website security policy. If you attempt to login to your account too many times with an incorrect password, you will be locked out for a period. You will not be able to check out whilst you are locked out. The easiest way to fix this is to shoot an email through to info@baysidesoap.com.au and we will fix your issue promptly.

If you have just changed your password, sometimes your browser will cache (remember) your old password and try to use that. If you have an issue, first try to manually enter your password. If that doesn’t work, try to clear your browser’s cache (see here) or log in using  an incognito/private browser tab (see here).

If you have tried to reset your password and haven’t received the email, please check your junk folder as it has likely ended up there. Be sure to remove our email addresses (anything from @baysidesoap.com.au) from your junk rules.

Unfortunately we have no control over the couriers that get the package from our warehouse to you. If you are worried about a large order, please contact us about purchasing transit insurance: info@baysidesoap.com.au.

Yes. Pickup is from Wynnum QLD and times are by appointment. We do this to ensure your order is ready and you don’t need to wait. More info can be found on our Local Pickups page. All pickups are from our store located a 3/68 Andrew St Wynnum QLD 4178.
