For your protection and ours, we have a strict website security policy. If you attempt to login to your account too many times with an incorrect password, you will be locked out for a period. You will not be able to check out whilst you are locked out. The easiest way to fix this is to shoot an email through to email@example.com and we will fix your issue promptly.
If you have just changed your password, sometimes your browser will cache (remember) your old password and try to use that. If you have an issue, first try to manually enter your password. If that doesn’t work, try to clear your browser’s cache (see here) or log in using an incognito/private browser tab (see here).
If you have tried to reset your password and haven’t received the email, please check your junk folder as it has likely ended up there. Be sure to remove our email addresses (anything from @baysidesoap.com.au) from your junk rules.

Unfortunately we have no control over the couriers that get the package from our warehouse to you. If you are worried about a large order, please contact us about purchasing transit insurance: firstname.lastname@example.org.
