For your protection and ours, we have a strict website security policy. If you attempt to login to your account too many times with an incorrect password, you will be locked out for a period. You will not be able to check out whilst you are locked out. The easiest way to fix this is to shoot an email through to email@example.com and we will fix your issue promptly.
If you have just changed your password, sometimes your browser will cache (remember) your old password and try to use that. If you have an issue, first try to manually enter your password. If that doesn’t work, try to clear your browser’s cache (see here) or log in using an incognito/private browser tab (see here).
Yes. If enter a Brisbane-based postcode at checkout you will be presented with a local pickup option as well as shipping costs. Pickup is from Wynnum QLD and times are by appointment only, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4-7pm. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is ready. Please check your spam folder if you have not received an email.
Transit insurance is available at checkout. Unfortunately we have no control over the couriers that get the package from our warehouse to you. If you are worried about a large order, please purchase insurance.
You earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
You can redeem 25 points for $1 in your cart (no minimum purchase or redeem value).
