Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over four equal instalments, due every two weeks. For more information please see the Afterpay Website.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do you have a local pickup option?”]Sorry, local pickup is no longer available. I have a flat shipping rate of $7 Brisbane-wide for up to $25 (regular Australia Post parcel).[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What happens if my order is damaged in the mail?”]We do our best to package items carefully and safely. Unfortunately we have no control over the couriers that get the package from our warehouse to you. If you have received a broken item, please email us at info@baysidesoap.com.au.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do you have bulk discounts?”]Yes! We have bulk discounts on melt and pour soap bases. Simply add the items to your cart and the discount will be applied automatically.

You can redeem 25 points for $1 in your cart (no minimum purchase or redeem value).

You will also earn 125 points ($5) when you create an account on our website.

You can redeem a maximum of $20 or 30% of your cart value per order.

Your account will be credited 125 rewards points ($5) for EACH item that you review.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Why can’t I log in / check out?”]For your protection and ours, we have a strict website security policy. If you attempt to login to your account too many times with an incorrect password, you will be locked out for a period. You will not be able to check out whilst you are locked out. The easiest way to fix this is to shoot an email through to info@baysidesoap.com.au and we will fix your issue promptly.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I have just changed my password and I still can’t log in.”]Sometimes your browser will cache (remember) your old password and try to use that. If you have an issue, first try to manually enter your password. If that doesn’t work, try to clear your browser’s cache¬†(see here) or open an incognito/private browser tab (see here).
