What are pre-orders? When we sell out of products, we let you pre-order them from the next shipment we receive.

You can pay it all upfront, or just choose to pay a 10% (non-refundable) deposit + shipping. The balance will be due prior to shipment to you. If you cancel your order, we will refund you shipping but the 10% deposit goes towards the admin costs of re-allocating stock.

Please note that you can’t combine regular products and pre-order products in the same order as they need to be shipped separately. The system is set up this way and cannot be changed.
