REGULAR ORDERS

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

These are the Terms and Conditions of service that you must accept when placing a regular order with Bayside Soap. You will check a checkbox at checkout and this is the same information that you will agree to.

We deliver Australia-wide and in some cases to New Zealand, using Australia Post, Hunter Express, Fastway and Sendle Couriers. Items are posted on a first come first served basis on Tuesdays and Thursdays (excluding public holidays and vacations I may take) once payment is received in full and a valid address has been supplied by You.

There are 4 delivery options available on most items: standard,  express, courier (Sendle/Fastway/Hunter Express) and local pickup (free). For local pickup, please see our terms of service here. By selecting local pickup, you agree to these terms of service.

As a guide, Express Post takes around 1-2 business days and Regular Parcel Post takes roughly 3-5 business days. Courier can often be faster to Metro areas, taking between 1-3 business days.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped upon confirmation of payment on a first come first served basis on Tuesdays and Thursdays. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received and tracking info will be provided where available. If you have not received an email, please check you junk email folder. VERY occcasionally during busy periods, we cannot ship all orders in our list in one day. In this case, your order will ship the next Tuesday/Thursday.

3. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via eWAY (VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express and various digital wallets), Afterpay and PayPal. Please visit www.eway.com.auafterpay.com or www.paypal.com for more information. We do not accept payments via cash on delivery or inter-bank transfers.

4. INSURANCE

If your parcel is lost or damaged in the mail, we accept no responsibility for the loss. If you are worried about a large order being lost or damaged please contact us for an upgrade to insured mail.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

These are the Terms and Conditions of service that you must accept when placing a wholesale order with Bayside Soap. You will check a checkbox at checkout and this is the same information that you will agree to.

We deliver Australia-wide using the same couriers as we do for regular orders. Items are posted on a first come first served basis on Tuesdays and Thursdays (excluding public holidays and vacations I may take) once payment is received in full and a valid address has been supplied by You.

Wholesale orders are placed directly with the supplier on the date specified on the Wholesale Order page. Items will ship approximately 1 week after this date (taking in to account public holidays/weekends).

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Occasionally, products are out of stock with the supplier. If this is the case you will be refunded in full for your order as soon as we become aware of this.

Due to the large discount in place on wholesale orders, points may not be redeemed or earned for these products.

All orders are final.

4. INSURANCE

If your parcel is lost or damaged in the mail, we accept no responsibility for the loss. If you are worried about a large order being lost or damaged please contact us for an upgrade to insured mail.

5. LEAD-TIME

Wholesale orders are placed once a month. Once the order is placed, it takes around 7 days for the stock to arrive at our warehouse. Orders will then be shipped on the next Tuesday or Thursday via your selected shipping method. If there are any issued with shipping your order, you will be contacted.

LIABILITY

  • Bayside Soap takes no responsibility for the items you create using the products we sell. It is your responsibility to formulate, label and market your products correctly and ethically.
  • Bayside Soap takes no responsibility for any damages that befall your products in transit, or upon opening (spillages etc.). Please ensure you open your package carefully and check ALL parcels enclosed as we use recycled packaging which can sometimes look like padding. If you throw away a product that was wrapped in this manner, we take no responsibility for the loss.
  • Our maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied to you shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the product(s) in question.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. 
  • Bayside Soap reserves the right to stock products that suit us and change prices at any time. We do not guarantee pricing will not change, nor do we guarantee continuity of stock.
