Blue lustrous mica with a little flash. It has a slightly larger particle size range than a normal lustre, which creates a slight ‘flash’.
This mica will produce a lustrous, shimmering effect in clear soap.
In white/opaque soap this mica will produce a pastel effect.
This mica is made from fluorphlogopite, a superior synthetic form of mica that has the following benefits:
– not mined (no unethical labour issues)
– created under laboratory conditions
– no risk of heavy metal contamination (as with natural mica)
– high-temperature performance.
